Chinese speaking Analyst - Lisbon (m/f)

Your Job
This is a seven weeks project in which you will be inserted in the Customer Experience Lab, where you’ll monitor and analyze social media communication in Chinese Language. Your tasks will include:
• Performing phone calls as a Mysterious Shopper;
• Identify and select references in several communication platforms on the internet;
• Analyze the references made in several social networks about different brands;
• Monitoring social media websites and analyze their usability in the Chinese Market.

Your Profile
• Native level of spoken and written Chinese Mandarin (mandatory);
• High level of English is a plus;
• Good knowledge of social media websites as a user;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good Computer Knowledge (Internet, Windows, Office);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Flexibility and a strong work ethic;
• Ability to quickly learn about new software and internal systems;
• Availability Monday to Friday (either part-time or full time)
